Programs
Preschool Program
The Preschool program offers the finest child care for children ages 2 to 5 years old. Preschool children learn by doing individual work. The classroom, where everything is just their size, is full of beautiful things. Montessori materials let children explore the world through their senses, through touch and motion, and by observing and engaging with others. Teachers guide students through the curriculum as children are ready for each new challenge, introducing lessons and then letting children practice what they have learned. As children grow, the classroom materials grow with them in the sense that older children use the materials to explore curriculum in new and deeper ways.
Elementary Program
The Elementary program encompasses Kindergarten through Grade 3. Our elementary students spend all four years in the same class, building community with one another and lasting relationships with their teachers. Elementary age children continue to learn through the use of concrete materials as they move gradually toward more and more abstract thinking. The Elementary lessons and materials are multi-sensory and dramatic, serving to ignite the imagination and curiosity of the students.
